Dr. Lambert, a native of New Jersey, made history by becoming the first member of her family to graduate from high school and attend college, earning degrees in Sociology and Gerontology in 2006, followed by her Doctorate in 2022. She openly shares her life experiences, which include 30 years of testimonies of survival. As a motivational speaker, Dr. Lambert captivates audiences with her transparency, earning her the nickname 'Mother of the masses' due to her compassion and love for everyone.
Women's Empowerment Destiny was founded in June 2011 to advance her lifelong commitment to freeing others and inspiring hope, faith, and self-love. Her personal motto is, "Don't Quit!"A single parent of two, grandmother of four, great-grandmother of two, and godmother to many, Dr. Lambert has overcome significant adversities, including abuse and domestic violence.
